When you bring your console to us, payment is required upfront to begin diagnostics and repairs. We confirm the reported issue before carrying out any work. If the issue is different or not present, we will either fix the correct fault or provide a refund with your approval. All repairs include professional diagnostics, quality parts, and full testing before return. We also offer a guarantee on the repair work carried out for peace of mind, ensuring your console is returned in top working order.

Refunds & re-repair policy

If you’re not happy with a repair or the same issue returns after our service, please contact Professional Console Repair immediately. If the problem is directly related to the original repair work we performed, we’ll fix it again at no extra cost to you. If the issue cannot be resolved through a re-repair, a refund may be offered in line with our comprehensive terms and conditions, always aiming for customer satisfaction.

Understanding our gift cards

Our gift cards are digital e-gift cards designed for PlayStation and Xbox stores, making them perfect for any gamer. They can be used to purchase games, downloadable content (DLC), in-game content, and subscriptions such as PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass. Please note, gift cards are redeemable on UK accounts only and are subject to the specific terms and expiry rules set by PlayStation or Xbox. Importantly, these gift cards cannot be used for our console repair services and are delivered conveniently by email as digital codes.
